West Georgia Judicial Circuit Victim Impact Session

The State Board of Pardons and Paroles Board Member Joyette Holmes met with crime victims in Carrollton. The Victim Impact Sessions are a collaboration involving the Board, the Georgia Office of Victim Services, and the judicial circuit’s district attorney’s office. Holmes is the first Georgia Parole Board Member to meet with crime victims in the new West Georgia Judicial Circuit.
