Zambia Parole Meets with Clemency

The Georgia Parole decision-making process is scientific and data-driven. That process was explained to Zambia's National Parole Board Chairman Lloyd Chilundika and Secretary Clive Njamba as the Georgia Parole Board continued hosting the visitors. Parole Board Member Joyette Holmes joined Clemency Division staff and Executive Director Chris Barnett in a meeting with the Zambia officials.
