Carlos Turner
Senior IT Manager

Carlos Turner began his career repairing software and hardware issues with the Macon/Bibb Department of Health. He was promoted to Network Administrator at Riveredge Behavioral Health Center in Macon. Prior to joining the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles, Turner was the System Administrator for Fulton County Behavioral and Public Health Services, where he served for over nineteen years. Turner's experience includes network functioning and he has extensive experience in project management.
Carlos Turner earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Networks and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics from Middle Georgia State University, as well as a Certified Public Manager designation from the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government.
